I order all the time, I only had two issues, missing soup And a shrimp in my food (it was supposed to be chicken, I can't eat shrimp). But she helps, she always offers compensation if I didn't want like a egg roll I can get a soda. She is awesome to talk to as well.

It was disgusting! Eye ordered General Tso' s chicken with Lo Mein noodles and the vegetables were basically rotten! The drinks were not cold at all. They basically had 4 different store brand 12 packs sitting on a pool table telling me to pick a flavor. It was a waste of gas and money!

I didn't like the food. I had seafood fried rice and the scallops were like rubber. The chicken meat was brown. Messed up my taste for Chinese food.

I'm giving 5 stars because all the other poor reviews are a bit harsh. The food is exactly what you expect, greasy globs of goodness. The lady is super nice. Very liberal with the fortune cookies. The actual store is a bit concerning, but i think the scary chinese places aren't the ones you need to worry about. Probably wont eat there again, but picking up some take out is an experience.A great place for a quiet date lol

The owner was so rude the food was horrible and the owner hung up on me when I called to complain about my food. The owner told me that I didn't spend enough money and that she knew I was going to be a problem when I called. I got food poisoning

The lady is rude she tried to overcharge us and we always order from there. I tried ordering over the phone for delivery and she hung up in my face twice. The first time she said it was late but I called a hour before they closed and the second time she hung up she said don’t worry about it she canceled it and hung up.

Ordered with ease through GrubHub, delivered on time with very courteous delivery person. I ordered Mongolian beef good fried rice, I'm not big on rice but it was good the Mongolian beef wasn't the best I've ever had nor was it the worst. I ordered an appetizer of crab rangoon those were definitely on point probably the best I've had in a long time. Will definitely order again.

They delivered my food in a timely manner but the delivery guy was on his cell phone the entire time. He didn't say hello, nor you're welcome after I thanked him. He was too busy chatting on his cell phone which could have waited until after he delivered the food.

Only gave them one star because I had to in order to make this post unfortunately the lady on the phone was very rude because she couldn't add correctly and I was trying to explain to her that the prices that she's telling me for the individual dishes doesn't match what she's telling me for the whole price so I don't know if she was trying to put in the calculator but she got annoyed and then she said that she didn't want me to hold up her phone ... terrible service the food is probably not worth the rude service order at your own risk

Food is always fresh and hot and she's always very nice. She even goes outside of the delivery area to come to us since we are such frequent customers.

I ordered Lo Mein with additional broccoli and carrots and no onions (I'm allergic). I was charged twice a regular order. When I called back the order taker had an attitude and told me she won't provide a solution to the issue. Horrible service, half bad food, other options in the area.

The customer service is completely horrible, the owner got upset that I didn't order enough and hung up in my face mid conversation. I attempted to call back and give her the benefit of the doubt but she continued being rude saying she didn't have time to add anything else and if I wasn't ordering 25 dollars worth of food for delivery in the future dont call and that she was hanging up again. I advised that I was only ordering lunch for myself but would order the necessary amount for delivery, as she remained rude I advised I would just take my business elsewhere, she thanked me and hung up again. Never again. You're customers are your priority. The food ISNT worth it.

The orange chicken and fried rice is ALWAYS on point. I like the lady who works the counter, too, she's cool. (I think she's part owner, but not sure).One of the best things I saw when I came here didn't even have to do with the food, but the fact this business provides it's delivery drivers with oil changes - now how often do you see that?I think it really speaks to character and it makes me feel comfortable, because if they do this for their employees...I feel confident that they'll take care of me as a customer - and they always have.

Won't deliver to a warehouse, then won't get my business. Can't exactly do a pickup for my order in a 70' long truck.

Called to order pick up, person who answered the phone seemed to be inconvinced passed us to a lady. Started telling her the order, was not even to the second item, was told to come in it's better and hung up on. Wanted to give a try dispute the low reviews, but see why they are so low.

This was the tastiest tofu curry I've ever had! The owner here provided some of the best service I have ever had at any business as well, including high-end dining. The woman here noticed that I was stuffed up and she made me a hot ginger drink free of charge and brought us a space heater because my mom was cold. I tried my mom's food too and it was also amazingly delicious. If I lived in Atlanta, I would probably go back every week for that tofu curry. It was the bomb

when you have been giving business to an establishment for 2 years, and spend well over 30 dollars each time you would expect for some respectable customer service. the owner rude, and will hang up in your face mid conversation. I always tip well and have been a very loyal customer but after being treated like crap (she admitted she hung up because she had 'other customers to worry about') you will no longer have me as a customer. As far as the soaring prices of the regular sized portions, it's not worth my while anymore to be overcharged AND disrespected. work on your customer service, loyal customers are your most important ones!

If I could give no stars I would! Thw delivery was fast, however the food was nasty ! The rice is dry & the broccoli is nasty!!!!!!! The only thing that was edible & actually that tast good was the egg rolls. Smfh do better!!!

This is the worst Chinese Food I ever in life tasted...I ordered the 40 wing's with variety of flavors and I was highly dissatisfied I didn't know who prepared those wings and Rice need to be Fired........ Horrible 💯😟😟😟😟I'll never ordered there again.

Very rude and disrespectful food is disgusting and gives you diarhea... they place the phone down while they still talking and they just try to get more money from you my first order I had was 19.55 wen I tried to place a order from someone else she said that my location minimum was 23/24$ clearly the business needs a better management

Horrible. The place is old and dirty. There isn't a dining room anymore- there's a pool table there used for storage. I ordered delivery and got the wrong order. The egg rolls tasted like old water-- so their refrigeration no longer works. I had to go in and get a full refund.

Got my food wrong

I literally JUST called this place while visiting my sister. I was asked twice what the address was because the asian lady who answered the phone doesn't understand English well. When I was about to tell her my sister's apartment number, she began to say that she can't stand for people to call and order food and not know the address. I hung up, threw their menu away, and wrote this review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The level of ignorance and lack of customer service is not acceptable.

Great hospitality!! Great Food!!! I love the Shrimp Fried Rice, Shrimp Egg Food Young and Crab Rangoon. They give you nice portions.

Service was good as hell but the wings are horrible I'm from the westside of Atlanta we don't eat breaded hot wings and the rice tastes scorched

Ordered the House Rice, it was very dry. Added extra soy sauce no help at all. But the veggie rolls were AWESOME.
